Seminary courses are delivered in one semester of every educational year with the participation of specialists of the real estate sector and real estate development. Participation to seminary courses is compulsory for students of graduate (with and without thesis) and post-graduate programs. The seminary course is basically a three-credit per week course, however, the credits of the seminary course are not added to the minimum credits that the students have to take. Seminary courses are coordinated by assigned department member(s).
